Thesis statement: Although there are global employees performing outstandingly well in their job roles by working at night, there are several harmful effects on the physical and mental health of such employees. Three possible supporting points for validating the above mentioned thesis statement are as follows: First supporting point and sentence: A sound sleep keeps the body and the mind healthy in all circumstances. If any particular human being does not get sound sleep even after performing outstandingly well at the workplace, that particular human being might not be able to keep performing outstandingly well in the future or in the long run.
